The story behind this recent work “My Colorful Oltenia” is the same with the story of @madewithlovero (if you like, please follow the Instagram account) story which inspired me: “I grown up with this rugs: every winter, at my grandmother’ s house, women from the village, neighbours and relatives, spend the evenings and those long winter nights together, working on beautiful wool carpets or other handmade items.” @madewithlovero display and sell amazing rugs with vibrant colors and geometrical design, handmade in wool about 50 years ago in South Romania.

“Oltenia mea colorata” este revenirea mea dupa un an de pauza in a mai picta, inspirata fiind acum de povestea din spatele contului – Instagram @madewithlovero pe care va indemn sa il urmariti pentru ca ascunde comori, afiseaza vechi chilimuri si covoare din lana oltenesti de peste 50 de ani vechime, unul are 130 de ani, este piesa de muzeu, covoare unicat tesute in razboi. Cei care vi le doriti in case puteti sa le salvati de la pieire (uitate prin lazi de zestre de generatii), cumparandu-le. Curand se va lansa si magazinul online dedicat.
